Our beloved "Madeline," is up for sale. We have since purchased a larger boat more suited to our needs.
She was built in 1970 in Holland by D.J. Tjemkes. Hull Number 1186JJ.17.

Boat presently has long term mooring with VNF, valid until 2027. The mooring port isn't super popular, so one could probably retain the same mooring with a new application.

V berth in front, galley table converts to bed. Two tuck under berths in aft compartment.
Seven people have overnighted on the boat before we bought her, but four passengers is probably the limit.

Only 8.5 meters in length, Madeline is very maneuverable on the Canal du Midi. Very easy to handle for quick day trips and cruises, yet with enough amenities for longer term stays. We have stayed up to a month on her.

Canopy was replaced nine years ago and is getting ragged. Should be replaced. Nav lights and horn are not functional. But we never sailed at night and had a handheld horn. Rain got in last spring and damaged the floor boards and some interior features. Boat needs some TLC and would be easy to reconfigure.

The boat engine is running very poorly. We replaced the fuel injectors in November, 2023, but it still is running poorly.

The boat is being sold AS IS. We have another boat now that we are fixing up. That's enough.
There has not been a hull survey on the vessel since we have had it. It hasn't needed one for insurance.
