L’Heritage was built in 1930 for Shell as a bunkering tanker to service the Zuiderzee fishing fleet in the Netherlands, one of six boats of which only two are known to be still in use. She was converted to a canal cruiser in 1984 at Tam and Di Murrell’s boatyard in the UK.
