This pretty barge in very good condition is a Luxemotor replica built in 2003 by Sagar. The design of its hull resembles that of the Piper shipyards.

Thanks to its shallow draught, it can be sailed anywhere, thanks to its economical engine.

The interior is full of charm and potential. It comprises a fully equipped galley, a spacious saloon/dining room and two cabins with two bathrooms. The floors were completely redone in March 2024. The bed in the aft bedroom can be positioned differently for a more comfortable layout. This barge has many windows, the majority of which are double-glazed, making it a well-insulated boat.

You'll find a beautiful terrace at the bow and a second one at the stern. This barge is also equipped with solar panels and a generator, so is completely self-sufficient. It's ideal for river cruising, but can also be sailed inshore with its CE category C certificate.

Already inhabited year-round, it's perfect for a life-on-the-water project.
