My first time on a Dehler 25 and I was really impressed. It has the feeling of a high-quality family sailer. German engineering is evident, simple, well made and functional.

On the whole from what I can see she looks to be in pretty good shape. I have not heard or seen the engine running as she was out the water when I viewed her, as you can see. When I first clapped eyes on this yacht (some 8 or 9 years ago) I thought she was an Eventide. Well I wasn’t far wrong – she is a bigger version of the famous Maurice Griffiths designed boat.
