After 24 years of real pleasure both on board and at sea, Imponderabilia is looking for new passionate buyers. A 1927 Luxemotor (not a replica) with superb classic lines, this boat has been very well maintained and improved since she was acquired:
from March 2001 to March 2007 :
- Installation of a new Deutz engine, marinised by Vetus
- Cleaning and treatment of the bilge with linseed oil
- Installation of new 2 mm stainless steel tanks for diesel and drinking water
- New double-glazed insulating windows and portholes (bedroom)
- Insulation with aluminium-coated bubble film (10 mm)
- Renovation and extension mainly using original furniture (oak)
- Functional conversion and extension, partly private, partly professional
- Installation of a new bow thruster
- On-site inspections: 2001 survey, 2004 sandblasting, 2007 survey, bow thruster, 2013 survey, 2020 survey, 2027 next survey.

It's a technically sophisticated unit (solar back-up, generator, etc.) that opens up a wide range of projects (housing, sailing, investment, etc.). Its functional interior layout is easily reversible and upgradeable. Her Union certificate runs until October 2027. The latest hull survey shows a solid construction (7/6/5mm).
