Step aboard the new Leopard 42 and experience a new era of sailing. Joining the Leopard 45 and Leopard 50, the Leopard 42 leaves no detail overlooked in size or possibility. The Leopard 42’s signature coachroof lounge provides ample space not found in other vessels, offering a place to convene and plot tomorrow’s next adventure.


Built by Robertson & Caine and designed by naval architects Simonis Voogd, the Leopard 42 utilizes superior finishes and materials, creating a one-of-a-kind vessel that balances comfort, performance and ease of handling. A thoughtful design process ensures every feature and function has been anticipated, with minimal customization needed. Those onboard can move about effortlessly knowing their needs are fully addressed in every aspect of the Leopard 42.


The exterior’s striking design features continuous hull side windows, a continuous hardtop, and Leopard Catamaran’s signature upper-lounge area. Like the Leopard 50, the Leopard 42’s subtle elegance is accented by modern design elements and classic finishes without losing the rugged spirit and sportive quality for which Leopard is known.


A handsome interior reveals generous natural light from optimized window placements including an additional window in the aft starboard corner facing the helm seat and a skylight in the saloon. Preparing meals no longer feels like an afterthought with a forward-facing, L-shaped galley that invites everyone to participate in the process. The Leopard 42 reimagines comfort through its optimal use of space and attention to detail. All bunks are now island berths that allow access from both sides. Available in three cabin/three heads and four cabin/four heads, all cabins include private ensuite heads. All heads also include their own designated shower area, a feature not currently found on catamarans in this size range.

NAVIGATION & ELECTRONICS

Marine Stereo. Includes Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity. Speakers in saloon (2) & aft cockpit (2). Wired remote control at helm station. - Note: Raymarine MFD’s (not included in option) & personal wireless devices (only if connected wirelessly to Raymarine MFD via the Raymarine APP) can control system.


External speakers in coachroof lounge: 4 x speakers with wired remote and amplifier.


Raymarine Base Pack: includes Raymarine VHF (Multizone with AIS receiver) at Nav desk & additional VHF handset at helm, p70 colour autopilot display and AXIOM12 Multifunction display in lieu of AXIOM7 Multifunction display at Helmstation. With wind transducer and retractable depth and speed transducers.


Raymarine Automatic Identification System with AIS Transceiver (Requires Base Pack).


ELECTRICAL

220V Shore Power Pack: Includes 2 x 16A port and 2 x 16A stbd shore power inlets with 2 x heavy duty 50ft shore powerlines. AC switch panel, HWC 220V conversion and AC outlets in cabins, saloon, galley and nav station.


Inverter/Battery Charger: 12V - 220V/3.0kW inverter with 120A charge rate, including remote operation panel (only for boats with shore power or genset option) - recommend taking options B6-4500 and B6-4515 with this option.


Upgrade std Lead Acid house & engine batteries to AGM batteries.


Two additional AGM house battery (210 Ahr) - 4 Total. (Requires B6-4500).


Ventilation fans in cabins only for 3 cabin layout (3).


Electric Sheet winches - (2) (in lieu of std primary winches).


PLUMBING

Sea water inlet seacock with hose led above the waterline (for future watermaker installation).


220V Dishwasher in Galley (Only for boats with 220v systems, option B6-4110/42MM). Cannot be taken with option B6-6700 or B6-7760.


Stern shower: Hot/cold water in lieu of cold only.


HEATING, REFRIGERATION & GAS

Refrigerator in aft cockpit 12v.
