REDUCED! 2006 RLL wide beam with a Shire Barrus marine diesel engine which has not ran many hours as the last owher made a short trip down river then back the RLL i myself have only made a journey to Chequers Warmley and literally to take the barge out for blacking 2 years ago.I do how ever run the engine regularly.We purchased the barge back in 2016 where the current owner had the barge stored in the RLL Where we purchasedit .The barge is a 2 bedroom steel barge (60ft by 12ft) 12mm steel V bottom 10mm hull sides.i had the barge taken out 2 years ago and i ulra sounded the hull which showed 12mm bottom plate and 9 .5- 10mm sides. As far as I am aware this is a one of a kind design, made right next door to the residential mooring here at KEYNSHAM WATER FRONT. modern upto date interior professnally fitted bespoke wardrobes cupboards double king sized bed and single Queen sized bed in the spare room both beds have bespoke cupboards built in.The kitchen was also professnally fitted in 2006 and has an integrated gas cooker, black italian granite worktops which run through out the kitchen and form a good sized breakfast bar.There is a double shower,and almost a full size toilet.There is an industrial air con on the Barge that has 3 units one in the master bedroom one in the spare bedroom and one in the lounge/Kitchen it does not work i have had somone look at it and he suspecs a blockage?.There is double glazing throughout and almost full size wood effect patio doors on entrance to the barge with a removable platform rail so basically house hold size furniture ie 3 piece suites washing machines etc can be easily moved in or out. The barge has and leading of the bedroom to where there is a unique seating area built in order to walk out through the patio doors at the same level the build design incorporates a built in seating area which doubles as the main 2000 litre fresh water tank! there is a 400 litre toilet waste tank built in under the master bedroom bed that can be pumped out at the waste facility up river or at an expense you can have it collected via a waste truck? we use a portable toilet and empty the waste in the belsom tank which is located in the car park. The rent costs for this size barge is £625 per month there is a post right outside the barge with a fresh water tap and an electricity card charger, you pay the landlord via transfer.im sure there's a few things I've left out so please message me ONLY if you are genuinely interested! There's ample parking with this mooring right on the bank opposite the barge! very rare! We have a registered postcode here and a post room container. thanks.
