Boatshed Wales are delighted to offer for sale this fine example of the LM 27.

Commissioned in 1981, initial impressions are of a boat that has been very well cared for and much loved. The interior appears original, yet is in fine condition, with varnished wood trim, clean upholstery and a fresh, dry feel throughout.

Despite her modest dimensions, the LM 27 feels surprisingly spacious, thanks in part to her large side windows and excellent headroom. The cockpit has a deep, secure feel, while the pilot house provides excellent protection from the elements when required, without ever feeling stuffy or overly enclosed.

During the sea trial, the engine was witnessed to start and run perfectly from cold. Both the mainsail and genoa were unfurled and used during the trial; both appear crisp and hold their shape well.

Overall, the presentation is impressive. This is a genuine turnkey example, presented in fine condition and ready to be enjoyed by her new owner.
