Description

A prime example of this type of yacht, this Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 37 from 2003 has been carefully maintained by the current owner and the two previous owners. It has been lightly used in the UK and France by sailing couples and regularly serviced. The accommodation is the two cabin version with salon and head. The teak decks are in good condition and the standing rigging was replaced in 2013.
Aquae Sulis has a main & genoa with an assymetric cruising chute in a sock. A 2.4m Plastimo dinghy with Suzuki 2.5 engine. Sail cover, sprayhood, spray dodgers and a cockpit tent are included as well as 2 x 100w rigid solar panels on an MPI made stainless arch which also supports the dinghy and safety equipment. There are 2 x 720wh domestic batteries and 1 engine battery. 15kg bruce anchor, warp & chain plus a Danforth kedge anchor, warp & chain. There is a 6 man liferaft in a cannister on deck, 4 x automatic lifejackets, jackstays & lifelines.
In the cabin there is a 10 x CD changer, microwave oven, 4 x Eberspacher heater outlets, calorifier, 12v TV & Jabsco water filter.
In 2021 the hull below the waterline was professionally stripped back to original gelcoat, reprimed and antifouled. In 2018 the autopilot was serviced by a Raymarine service centre, the drive shaft has a rope stripper.
