It’s time for someone new to add their personal touch to a home that has served us so well.
We have lived on Four Aces for 17 years and we have raised our little boy for the past four years, it’s been a wonderful home, but as our boy grows it is time to change to a bigger boat.

we have been very fortunate to have had a mooring for the last 20 years which is why we have not focussed on the need for full cruising set up as she has been moored on the river lea for the whole time we have had her the engines weren’t used much other that local runs to the facilities.
For that reason we have just had the engines refurbished fully so they are ready for a new life on the river

Four aces is a 54ft x 12.5ft purpose built live aboard barge.

there is a space for a burner created from sheet steel and fireboard, and I have a diesel burner I can give with the boat but I think a wood / coal burner would be better.

We had a full commercial boat survey for insurance purposes in 2020.
There was no issues with the hull or other aspects of the boat.

We are moored on the river lea at Tottenham Hale and welcome viewings most evenings or weekends

the boat is a steel hull with solid hardwood roof struture and finished with fibreglass and roofing material which makes her very water tight.
