Yachting Brokers are pleased to present a beautiful 1923 classic motor yacht that has been lovingly restored. Registered on the National Historic Ships, she was built to private order in 1923 and subsequently purchased by the post office to operate in the Shetland Isles. Rumours abound that she was used for clandestine operations in World War II which resulted in her capture and scuttling. Thankfully she was raised by the Royal Navy and purchased by HM government in 1947. Her whereabouts after that are a bit murky but she appears to have been used as a houseboat until being purchased by the current owner for restoration.

She is now lying on the River Thames. Her draft allows her to access the French canals so a new owner can either enjoy her in her current location or re-locate with ease, even to France! Alternatively, the new owner could operate her as a business and the current owner is willing to include the website currently used to promote fine dining cruises on the River Thames.
