Not a sob stort but I am now 84 and have been living on Fidutia for 13 years.
Last week I fell on the pavement and broke a rib and can no longer do the jobs expected and reluctantly it is for sale.

Dutch Triwv to September 2024 (Fidutia registered in Holland)

Fidutia was built in Zwartsluis Holland in 1903 at 19.6m

In 1920 she was lengthened to 22.44mm to carry more cargo. Now overall with rudder she is 24m

I have lived summer and winter for 11 years on Fidutia not needing the services of a marina or quay

There are 2 cabins with double beds and en suites. One with air con. Toilets are 220v household Saniflo

Large wheel house with clear views all around. Inside and outside hydraulic steering.

Large galley with gas cooktop and electric oven. New fridge/freezer

Wood fire and central heating. External Diesel heater fitted in winter.

Water heating is by gas on demand boiler

The engine is a DAF 615 with 1000hrs since overhaul and the gearbox has just had an overhaul with Triwv survey

Electric power is from 3000w Victron and two petrol generators.

A wind turbine and solar panels provide the charging. Wind turbine is in storage. Not enough wind on the canals)

Full set of filters to filter rain and canal water for domestic use

Two video cameras make it easy to enter the locks and moor up

All furnishing. New washing machine, clothes dryer, TV, millions of spares and tools

1100 litres of water and 260 litres of diesel
