Hagenaar barge built in 1911, a former river fishing houseboat from the Netherlands. At 18 m long and 4.50 m wide, she offers real comfort both at the mooring and under way.
The layout comprises a cabin with a double bed, a shower room with WC, a galley and a saloon. The main heating is oil-fired central heating (Kabola boiler) with cast iron radiators, complemented by reversible air conditioning. The boat is also fitted with a wastewater treatment unit.
She has been well maintained: four haul-outs since 2008, new double-glazed windows, paintwork and varnish redone. A hull survey was carried out in 2019.
The riveted steel hull, with a flat bottom and round bilges, is powered by a DAF DD575 engine with PRM 265 hydraulic transmission, a 3-blade bronze propeller and an electric bow thruster.
The mast and the searchlight are to be taken down.
