Kikkervis is lovely barge that is easy to handle and is widely accepted at most european ports/marinas due to its 14.80 metre length. It is perfect for 2 people as a holiday/extended cruising boat or if you are looking for a lifestyle change then this is an ideal boat, large enough for creature comforts yet small enough to be cosy. Visitors can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the saloon.
The open area to the stern of the boat has seating on 3 sides, perfect for evening Apero's with friends and alfresco dining. The wheel house is a good size for skipper and crew with storage areas and a 2nd fridge, the DAF 475 engine is housed below the deck boards here.
A couple of steps lead down to the open plan saloon and galley area with plenty of worktop space and an abundance of storage cupboards. The four burner gas hob and electric combi oven ensures home cooking is a viable option. An extending dining table and chairs offers comfort during cooler or inclement periods. The smart tv is opposite the sofa bed and alongside the wood burning stove.
To the side of the bedroom corridor is the bathroom with toilet, shower and vanitory basin. A Candy washing machine is also housed here.
The forward cabin is a double bedroom with lots of storage elements, privacy is afforded by the porthole windows but there are a set of side doors with a sliding hatch over.
The barge is offered ready to move onto complete with full inventory.

Kikkervis is rivetted iron construction from 1905, first converted to pleasure craft in the 1970's with lots of udating over the years.
Last full out of water survey 01/07/2022, the conclusion of the survey was that no urgent work required other than general maintenance and that the timber wheelhouse roof needed replacing which has been done.
Heating -
A kabola diesel boiler serves water filled radiators and gives domestic hot water.
The wood burner in the saloon gives an optional source of heat.
Gas -
The gas bottles are stored in the self draining gas locker on the starboard side deck, these are for the galley 4 burner hob.
Electrical Systems -
Kikkervis has 12 volt, 24 volt and 230 volt systems. The engine starter battery is 12 volts along with the engine alternator. The cabin batteries are 4 x Varta 12 Volt 190Ah configured to 24 volts 380 Ah. There are 4 solar panels of 335 Watts each, a Victron Smart Solar Controller connects them to the service batteries.
The Victron Quattro 24v 3000VA/70A Combi inverter charger has two inputs and connects automatically to the active source, either shore power or the Paguro 4000W diesel generator.
The Victron equipment is connected via a Cerbo unit along with a Victron Smart Shunt to give on board monitoring and control via the Victron touch screen panel or locally via a mobile phone Victron App. Further monitoring and control is possible (when an internet connection is available onboard) by connecting to the Victron VRM web application, all of which is a free Victron service . The system can then be monitored from anywhere in the world with the added capability to adjust and alter the system remotely, giving peace of mind when away from the boat.
The DAF 475 engine is renowned for its reliability, frugal use of fuel and gives more than enough power in all situations. It has a wet exhaust system with a large steel silencer/ water lock. It is shaft drive from a Paragon Power gearbox ( PM20L-Z 8251-6H1685) to a four blade bronze propellor.
