FINALITÉ is a 1981 Connoisseur 1275.
We are a semi-retired Canadian couple who acquired «FINALITÉ» in the late 1990's, 1999 to be exact. During the first years of ownership, a detailed plan for a complete refit is eleborated in order to create a suitable configuration for long term cruising on the canals in France. It is in the spring of 2001 that «FINALITÉ», while in dry dock, went through a complete reconfiguration and decoration of the interior, a major upgrade of the exterior and a refit of the engine (including engine mounts, injectors, both alternators, seals and bearings). Having owned a boat all of my adult life was how I discovered the importance of keeping «FINALITÉ» in top shape and continously improving her quality.
You will find a brighter interior, a friendlier more modern environment, sufficient storage areas to comfordably accommodate 4 adults in two separate cabins offering all the necessary amenities: large showers, electric toilets, a dual hot water system (engine & gas), as well as a large refrigerator (107 liters), Lapeyre cabinettery, a washing machine, a combined micro-wave/grill/convection, and on top of it all, a sliding roof area over the dinette/salon.
The above description will reveal to a potential buyer a top shape, well maintained, completly equipped boat ready to reach new horizons with a new Captain at the helm.
