Built in 1905..23.86 x 4.88 meters...converted by present owner from an empty shell...Last survey was in June 2008 by DUURSMA VERSUIJS..Rook has a draft of 1.15 meters..The engine is a DAF 575...100 hp...&a Westinghouse gearbox...3.1.... a 6.5 kva DEUTZ generator...220/380 volts...Fuel tank...850 liters...fresh water tank..1250 liters...2 anchors...& a push bike ...in the focsule is the generator & anchor chain locker...plus small work bench....Inside the boat ...starting from the front ...is a double bed..bedroom with a chest of drawers & wardrobes....then full size bathroom with large oblong shower....basin ...toilet..& bidet....also a tumbler dryer under which is access to pumps for the black water tank & pump for shower....the toilet has a macerator attached ....there is also an airing cupboard....The second bedroom has a grey water tank behind pannelling ....2 bunk beds ...& a wardrobe ...chest of drawers & vanity unit...in the next area there is a settee which converts to a double bed ....pot belly multi fuel stove...an island on wheels that has drawers on one side & shelves the other side which I use as a larder....a 24 volt fridge & a 24 volt freezer...a flame free gas cooker & a full size washing machine....ofcourse a kitchen sink with hot & cold water....plus wall cabinets...pass through the door to access where the Kabola diesel boiler lives & access to the engine room....further through goes into the aft cabin which I use as a workshop...having done all the wood work on board...a small staircase/companion way takes you up into the wheel house...I`ve owned ROOk for about 8 years & now currently live full time at St Symphorien...my work committments here have made it difficult to finish the fitout on ROOK...hence the price...160k..euros...I hope you like what you see in the photos.
