AURORA YACHTS & BOATS TRADING LLC commenced its operations in May 2005 as a distributor of GULF CRAFT INC. for Dubai and Northern Emirates. Company also represents Spanish brand ASTONDOA and USA brand CROWNLINE as an exclusive distributor in the Middle East.
Despite the world financial crisis the company is expanding its business. Our first step was in Doha, when we opened an office here, and further we are planning to open in other Gulf Countries.
AURORA YACHTS & BOATS TRADING LLC expended to Europe and opened our office in France, Cannes. We are planning to catch this market with offering Majesty Yachts together with high quality servicing and after sale maintenance.
Targeting different segments of the market AURORA YACHTS & BOATS TRADING LLC is able to satisfy demands for the high quality products in yachts & boats business. The main concept of the company¡¦s business is the highest standards of services, based on quality, safety & comfort of the fleet as well as competence and professionalism of its staff. AURORA YACHTS & BOATS TRADING LLC always offers full scale of customer servicing as we are customer oriented Company. Our Company policy aims at meeting demand and requirements of potential customers with respect of every wish.
Company is a regular participant in Dubai International Boat Show, and also we are going to take part in Cannes Boat Show on 8-13 of September, 2010.

Customer satisfaction is a core factor. Before delivery, each vessel is tested at the Santa Pola Shipyard, checking that the quality standards marked by Astondoa are fulfilled, following strict quality controls, in order to meet the Ship-owner's demands.
To offer the same service standard at international level there is an added service program. The owners of an Astondoa vessel count on a guarantee protecting the vessels for 5 years against osmosis and structural damage to the hulls. All the Astondoa vessels come with a 2-year guarantee againsty construction faults, in the conditions marked by the present European Union law on guarantees.
In addition, all the vessels count on a periodic overhaul program. This program includes the appropriate revisions that may be carried out at any of the authorised Astondoa services and dealers. |
